Andri de Jager
I started out as a software developer, which is still the foundation everything else sits on. From there I moved into business analysis and technical project management: requirements workshops, functional specs, delivering software across CMS, CRM, ERP, and eCommerce projects. Along the way I took on DevOps and cloud infrastructure too, managing AWS environments with containerised workloads, before progressing into architecture and the work I do today.
That background spans the full stack of a project, from writing code to cloud infrastructure, requirements to architecture, and it's what lets me move quickly and skip a lot of the back-and-forth that slows things down. I don't just design the solution and hand it off; I build it.
Recent work centres on AI-driven systems: agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, and automated workflows. My approach is to validate fast. Build a proof-of-concept that gives a clear go/no-go signal before any significant investment is committed.
