Prospective students arrive at university websites with specific questions and rarely find direct answers through standard navigation. The AI University Assistant was built to change that.

Embedded directly into the university site, the assistant uses a RAG architecture to draw on the institution’s own content — course pages, fee structures, scholarship criteria, FAQs, and campus information — and answers questions in natural language. The result is a first-contact experience that feels personal and immediate rather than sending students down a maze of links.

The assistant handles the full range of pre-enrolment queries, from programme-specific requirements through to accommodation and student life, and hands off to a human agent for anything outside its scope.
