The LAB AI Assistant is an internal agent built for the LAB team to reduce the friction of accessing live business data. Rather than logging into multiple platforms and building manual reports, team members can ask questions in plain language and get answers pulled directly from connected data sources.
The assistant is powered by MCP connectors that link it to live systems, including a custom Google Analytics integration that allows users to query traffic, engagement, and conversion data conversationally. The goal was to close the gap between data availability and data accessibility — making insights available to people who know the right questions but not necessarily the right tools.
