Synthetic Persona Platform
An AI-powered proof-of-concept platform that uses synthetic user modelling to generate AI personas, enabling teams to test and validate ideas before committing to full research cycles.
The Synthetic Persona Platform is a proof-of-concept chatbot platform built to demonstrate the potential of synthetic user modelling in early-stage product validation. Rather than relying solely on traditional user research, teams can interact with AI-generated personas shaped by demographic, behavioural, and attitudinal data, getting signal quickly before any significant investment is committed.
The platform is built with TypeScript using the Vercel AI SDK, backed by Google Vertex AI as the model provider and Google Authentication for access control. Redis caching was added to keep response times fast and avoid redundant model calls across similar persona interactions. It was built as a rapid PoC to validate whether the approach was worth pursuing at scale.
